The Kidde Wet Chemical System... 24-Hour automatic or manual protection for commercial cooking areas; ducts, plenums, hoods and cooking surfaces. Wet chemical agent designed for quicker flame knockdown and faster suppression. Exceeds stringent UL 300 standard and complies with NFPA Stds. 96 and 17A. Offers unmatched coverage, with fewer discharge nozzles and flow points; meaning reduced installation time and cost.

wpe19.jpg (2567 bytes)FE-13 Clean Agent Systems

Designed for harsh and demanding applications; low temperature environments (locomotives, mining equipment, unheated storage), high ceiling structures (warehouses) or hazards requiring high concentration inerting (flammable liquid storage, turbine enclosures). Low boiling point and high vapor pressure mean effective suppression where other agents fail. Ceiling heights to 25 ft. Stored and delivered at high pressures, FE-13 with Kidde's high-pressure expertise are a natural combination. FE-13 is clean, safe and fast acting, with no EPA restrictions.

Carbon Dioxide Clean Agent Systems

Recommended for protection of unoccupied facilities. Economical, computer-designed and engineered; using total flooding, hand hose line and/or local application. The most technologically advanced CO2 fire suppression systems available. Colorless, odorless and electrically nonconductive. Rapid cleanup equals minimal downtime. Used on a wide variety of hazards, throughout the world; flammable liquid storage, printing presses, mixing operations, spray booths, industrial ovens, dust collectors, paint lockers and marine applications.

High Sensitivity Smoke Detection - Orion HSSD

Will detect particles of combustion at levels of obscuration as low as 0.003% per foot; 1000 times faster than conventional smokes. Laser optics, and Kidde's particle counting technology, provide for a stable, highly reliable incipient fire detector. Engineered & balanced air sampling network insures equal sensitivity throughout protected area. Separate models for protected area volumes to 5000, 10,000 and 20,000 sq. ft. Uniquely suited for high airflow environments. Requires minimal maintenance. Widely used for critical, high asset equipment protection; process controls, robotics, MIS facilities, automated conveyances, etc.

Orion Explosion-proof HSSD

Extends the application of Orion HSSD into hazardous areas of protection. Explosion safety in accordance with EExd11BT6 and environmental protection to IP54. Flameproof enclosure, integral flame arrestors CENELEC certified (Zone 1).
